Key Responsibilities -
- Domain Expertise: Lead testing for General insurance core systems, covering policy administration, premium calculations, underwriting, and claims processing.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execution & Management: Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage bugs to resolution using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Leadership & Reporting: Provide daily/monthly progress reports to stakeholders and manage team deliverables.
