Software Testing Lead

Role Description
UST is seeking a QA Lead who will design and implement QA strategies to guarantee the reliability and quality of software applications. Applicants should have extensive experience with Scrum, client communication, and hands-on testing. Outstanding written and verbal skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate closely with domain and technical experts.
Guide and mentor QA team members on best practices, strategy, and defect management
Establish and update QA standards, processes, and documentation
Oversee test planning and ensure adequate coverage for sprints and releases
Communicate proactively with clients to clarify requirements or acceptance criteria
Take part in client meetings, demos, refinement sessions, and walkthroughs
Break down requirements into testable scenarios linked to user stories
