Software Tester

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team for Motor Insurance projects.
• Own end-to-end test strategy, test planning, and execution.
• Review and validate test cases for Motor products (VCV, VPC).
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
• Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution management.
• Conduct SIT, UAT coordination, and regression testing.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Mentor junior testers and enforce QA best practices.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of testing experience in Insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Motor insurance products – VCV (Vehicle Coverage) & VPC (Vehicle Personal Coverage).
• Experience in Policy Administration Systems.
• Hands‑on in SIT, UAT, API testing.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.
