Role Summary
We're looking for a detail‐oriented Software Test Engineer with – years of hands‐on experience in web application testing. You'll own functional, integration, and regression testing end‐to‐end—partnering closely with engineering, product, and DevOps to safeguard release quality. Experience in manual testing is essential; automation with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Design: Analyze requirements/user stories, derive test scenarios, create high‐quality test cases and data, and maintain traceability to requirements.
Test Execution: Perform functional, UI, integration, and regression testing across environments; validate fixes and perform smoke/sanity checks on new builds.
Defect Management: Log clear, reproducible defects with steps, data, and evidence; drive triage and follow‐through to closure in tools.
