Software Test Technical Lead – Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) Engineering Group

The Software Test Technical Lead within the Magnetic Anomaly Detection (MAD) Engineering group leads the verification and validation (V&V) team to ensure software releases undergo rigorous testing in accordance with internal software development processes. The role is responsible for defining testing strategies, executing test activities, and reporting results to management to support high-quality software deliveries.

In collaboration with project managers, technical leads, and development teams, the Software Test Technical Lead determines testing needs, proposes solutions, and drives continuous improvement to achieve reliable and compliant software products.

The role leads qualification, verification, and validation activities for MAD software, including avionics, signal processing and performance, user interfaces, and supporting tools.
