Software Technician

Job Scope:

• Support automation and scheduling systems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Assist in improving production efficiency, cycle time, and tool utilization
• Maintain and update scheduling models and automation processes
• Support system integration and ensure accurate data flow between systems
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for automation systems
• Assist with system documentation, training support, and process updates

Key Responsibilities:

Automation System Support

• Assist in operating and troubleshooting Assembly & Test automation systems (APF, Scheduler)
• Perform routine system monitoring and checks

Dispatching & Scheduling Support

• Follow dispatching and scheduling priorities to maintain production flow
• Support factory production coordination
