About Us

We are a small, growing business based in Penang. We are looking for our second team member to help manage our daily operations and computer systems.

What you will do

• Learn and operate AutoCount software (Accounting/Inventory). Don’t worry, full training will be provided!
• Assist with daily support from our clients who is using AutoCount.
• Troubleshoot basic computer issues (e.g., printer connection, software updates, email setup).
• Work directly with the business owner to ensure smooth operations.

Who we are looking for

• Computer Savvy: You know your way around Windows, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer settings.
• Willing to Learn: No experience with AutoCount? No problem. As long as you are quick to learn new software, we want you.
• Reliable: Can work independently.
