Software Support Executive
Requirements:
Graduate degree (minimum requirement).
Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One experience is a big plus).
Ability to troubleshoot and support ERP workflows.
Familiarity with SQL Server for query writing and database support.
Experience with Crystal Reports for reporting and analytics.
Good communication skills to interact with users and translate technical issues into clear solutions.
Preferred Qualities:
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: Rs40, Rs55,000.00 per month
