Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Act as a technical reference point for software support on automotive systems (ECUs, power electronics, HV systems).
- Analyze and resolve software and diagnostic incidents on vehicles in development, pre-series or production phases.
- Support diagnostic activities using OBD / Scan Tools, including reading and interpreting DTCs.
- Work closely with software, hardware, validation and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure solutions comply with automotive standards and processes (ASPICE, AUTOSAR where applicable).
