Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex technical problems to development or engineering teams
  • Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Document issues, resolutions, and system changes
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
  • Test software updates and report bugs
