About the Role
Software Quality Engineer I – Requirements & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or related roles
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and participation in Scrum/Kanban teams
- Hands-on experience or exposure to Test Automation tools and frameworks
- Knowledge or interest in the Insurance domain is a plus
- Experience with TOSCA or similar test automation tools
- Exposure to pyETL or Python-based ETL testing is an advantage
- Basic understanding of functional and non-functional testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders
