About the Role

Responsibilities:  
Design and develop performance tests scripts 
Integrate performance testing framework into CI/CD pipeline. 
Execute performance, stress and load test 
Analyze performance results and identify performance bottlenecks and reliability concerns. 
Perform root cause analysis of performance issues in the product using monitoring tools. 
Provide recommendation for Database configuration and performance tuning for Oracle and SQL Server. 
Requirements:  
A minimum of 3 years’ experience related to performance engineering and automation test development. 
Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, PowerShell etc. 
Fluent English communication & outstanding collaboration skills. 
Strong problem-solving and ownership of complex projects. 
Good time management and organizational skills.
