About the Role
POSITION TITLE: Software Programmer
PAY RANGE: 1000$(US) to 1500$(US) a month depending on experience and level of programming expertise.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8 Hour daily shift, 40 Hours per week.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This role exists to maintain, support, and take ownership of the RMS (Renaissance Management System) application, allowing senior engineers to focus on higher-priority initiatives and AI development.
The primary responsibility is to ensure the RMS app is stable, reliable, and up to date on a daily basis. This includes monitoring data updates, fixing routine bugs, improving small features when needed, and proactively identifying issues before they impact users.
This is a support and ownership role, not a research or experimental AI position. Involvement in advanced AI or modeling projects (GBM, LVM3, etc.) may be considered only after strong performance and reliability are demonstrated.
