The Opportunity: We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to support and implement our CMMS products. This onsite position is based at our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients post‑sale to collect information for cost, quality, and schedule delivery.
• Work with the team to deliver an implementation project plan for each client.
• Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.
• Learn, configure, and deploy software systems and required components.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep the project team informed of key deliverables and milestones.
