About the Role
Pay: CA$45,000.00 - CA$65,000.00 per year
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, in office.
Schedule: 8:00 – 17:00 with one‑hour unpaid lunch.
Location: 1297 Airport Rd., North Bay, ON; must live in North Bay, ON; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
- Initiate implementation.
- Assess client needs.
- Demonstrate software and train users.
- Install client system.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Ability to present concepts confidently.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude.
- Proficiency with software programs or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Experience in accounting.
