Software Full stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Fix bugs, improve performance, and update software systems
• Work with customers to understand needs and guide development and documentation
• Recommend software and hardware integrations and define system requirements
• Design and build software systems
• Oversee system testing and validation
• Analyze data to plan new systems or improve existing ones
• Track and report project progress
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with at least 2 years of experience
• Strong skills in different front-end and back-end programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with full SDLC experience
• Experience in software design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Experience developing/collaborating on an HRIS is an advantage
