About the Role
The Engineering Manager (EM) is a senior leadership role responsible for execution excellence, people leadership, and delivery predictability across multiple engineering teams working on our EMR/EHR healthcare product suite.
This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, people management, and cross-functional alignment. The EM ensures that engineering teams deliver secure, scalable, compliant, and high-quality healthcare software, while building strong teams, developing leaders, and maintaining sustainable delivery velocity.
The EM does not replace the CTO's strategic or architectural ownership, nor the Technical Team Lead's hands-on technical leadership. Instead, the EM ensures that strategy becomes execution, teams are healthy and productive, and delivery outcomes are reliable.
