Software Engineering Manager, Intake and Delivery

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, or Go).
- 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership).
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a relevant industry, with 5 years of experience in direct technical leadership and people management.
- Experience designing and implementing efficient large-scale distributed systems through the full project lifecycle.
