+ Lead and mentor a team of talented Software Engineers, supporting their execution, growth, and career development
+ Define and own the software roadmap aligned with silicon and product milestones
+ Collaborate across design, firmware, verification, validation, GUI, and product teams to gather requirements and align priorities
+ Provide technical leadership and contribute hands-on when needed to offload the team
+ Apply software best practices to improve silicon design and validation workflows, enabling the organization to scale
+ Drive execution, resource planning, and prioritization in a fast-paced and evolving environment
