Software Engineering Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the full development process, from initial design through deployment and maintenance
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML powered software solutions that can handle increasing load and complexity
• Promote coding standards, CI/CD workflows, and other software development best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
• Work closely with product managers, data scientists/AI Engineering, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and align on deliverables
• Define and maintain the engineering roadmap, balancing new feature development with technical debt and platform improvements
• Establish and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation while driving best practices in engineering
