Software Engineering Lead

We're looking for a Engineering Lead to lead a high-impact team working on a B2B SaaS Application.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the Engineering Team in Singapore driving delivery of a scalable integration strategy.
• You will report into and work closely with the Head of Engineering to align local delivery with the global strategy, ensuring technical consistency and shared standards.
• You will act as line manager for the Singapore team, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day coaching.
• You will determine appropriate and design normalisation or standardisation layers to enable rapid deployment and development of new integrations
• You will design workflows that reflect the flow of data between the Platform, and various integration types.
