Responsibilities
+ Provide hands on technical leadership and support for engineering activities. Partner with Analysts, Scrum Masters, Architects, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver work effectively.
+ Contribute to shared initiatives that strengthen standards, processes, and engineering consistency across teams.
+ Foster innovation, encourage new ideas, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Promote effective practices in delivery, observability, and reliability.
+ Support documentation and knowledge sharing to help teams build long term capability.
Essential Skills & Experience
+ Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
+ Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while leading others through problem solving.
