Software Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions.
• Develop applications in coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Follow Software Development LIfecycle (SDLC) processes and support continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure solutions meet customer needs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Escalate complex issues promptly and adhere to company methodologies.
• Ensure compliance needs are met and customer impacts are assessed, while providing support during testing, handover, and post-implementation.
• Estimate effort, report progress, and manage activities within budget.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of output.
• Mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions. ...
