About the Role
Join Omnia as a founding CTO and build the AI platform that will redefine enterprise human capital. We need a visionary leader (ETH/EPFL preferred) to architect our system and culture from scratch, in return for significant founding equity.
Tasks
- AI & Technical Vision: Define the AI roadmap and overall system architecture (cloud-native, secure, scalable). Lead R&D on emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Execution & MLOps: Guide the engineering and AI/ML teams in building, deploying, and monitoring robust models and data pipelines. Implement best practices in MLOps and CI/CD for rapid, reliable delivery.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists. Act as the key liaison between technical teams, product, and executive leadership.
