About the Role
Title: Software Engineer
Location: Remote
We are transitioning from a legacy stack (Ruby on Rails, React, Python services) to a modern architecture built on Java Spring Boot and Rust. We are looking for a strong engineer who can contribute to new development as well as help improve existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain front-end applications using Java-based frameworks.
· Build backend services using Java Spring Boot and Rust.
· Analyze current legacy components and recommend improvements.
· Design modular, reusable, and scalable system components.
· Build internal tools supporting AI workflows (debugging, experiment tracking, CI automation).
· Develop application features that enable A/B testing.
