About the Role
Position Description:
Project Rolethe Operations Analyst - responsible for end-to-end processing of Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC). The role requires strong operational expertise, adherence to trade rules, and the ability to deliver accurate processing within agreed SLAs.Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end operations for Bank Guarantees and SBLCs
• Process issuance, amendments, extensions, cancellations, and closures
• Perform document checking and validation as per applicable trade rules
• Support claim processing and related investigations
• Prepare, review, and release SWIFT messages (MT, MT, MT, MT)
• Ensure compliance with URDG , ISP98, UCP and internal policies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, correspondent banks, and clients
• Monitor queues and ensure SLA and TAT adherence
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues proactively
