Backend Support Engineer (Cloud & Applications)
We’re hiring a seasoned Backend Support Engineer to keep mission‑critical systems running smoothly across cloud platforms and distributed environments. What You’ll Do
- Support backend systems, APIs, and integrations built with Java (Spring Boot), Python, and JavaScript
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform enhancements, and implement permanent fixes
- Manage cloud solutions across Azure, GCP/UDP, BigQuery, and Databricks
- Work with relational databases (MS SQL, DB2 ) to ensure reliability and performance
- Monitor incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and escalate when needed
