About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly technical and analytical Software Engineer to provide end-to-end application and data platform support across cloud-based systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, Databricks, and modern application technologies, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement in a 24x7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for configuration items, including incident resolution, minor enhancements, permanent fixes, and tool development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and data pipelines built on Azure, GCP, Databricks, Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Monitor systems and respond to incidents within SLA timelines, escalating issues to leadership when required.
