Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly technical and analytical
Software Engineer
to provide
end-to-end application and data platform support
across cloud-based systems. This role requires hands-on experience with
Azure, GCP, Databricks, and modern application technologies
, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement in a
24x7 support environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide
  end-to-end support
  for configuration items, including incident resolution, minor enhancements, permanent fixes, and tool development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in
  applications and data pipelines
  built on
  Azure, GCP, Databricks, Java, Python, and JavaScript
  .
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents within
  SLA timelines
