We are seeking a technically skilled with at least 2 years of experience in IT support and hands-on expertise in VB scripting and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, and automating tasks using VBScript to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports including dashboards, parameterised reports, and data-driven subscriptions.
Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
