We are looking for a Software Engineer with hands‑on experience in ServiceNow platform development and Azure DevOps (ADO) to build and maintain scalable solutions that enhance CMDB data quality, enable effective Service Mapping, and support ITSM/ITOM processes. The role involves developing and optimizing ServiceNow features such as Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub, while leveraging ADO for version control, work item management, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product owners and platform teams to ensure accurate modeling of application and infrastructure services, deliver secure and well‑documented solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of platform reliability and data integrity.
