About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and develop in-house products to support continuous improvement
- Maintain existing software products and develop new features and functionalities
- Perform debugging, testing, and maintenance of software products
- Collaborate with software engineers and QA engineers during compliance and testing phases
- Work closely with Level 2 support teams to resolve customer issues
