Software Engineer (Production Support - Java)

The Software Engineer (Production Support - Java) will be responsible for managing and resolving order fulfilment issues on a daily basis, ensuring that all transactions within the system are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Monitor and Manage Order Fulfilment Exception

• Perform daily tracking of orders that have encountered fulfilment failures or delays within Enterprise Ordering Systems. Identify and prioritise items requiring intervention to ensure timely fulfilment.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

• Investigate the root causes of order fulfilment disruptions and production incidents, including system errors, technical faults, or manual handling issues.
• Collaborate with network, provisioning, and IT teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a backlog of unresolved cases and ensure timely resolution by the appropriate application teams.
