About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Customer Platforms team. Our team works with stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable, high-quality customer experience from end-to-end, from our corporate website to our critical business systems integration. The role requires strong technical expertise delivering secure, scalable and reliable systems, working with AWS, CI/CD automation, Python and TypeScript. 
You will be working closely with a friendly, high-performing, cross-disciplinary team with knowledge and interests across our business and software stack. 
Key responsibilities 
Infrastructure-as-code – working closely with the team to design and implement new features using AWS, terraform and GitLab. 
Observability and support – performing root-cause analysis of incidents and improving our OpenTelemetry/Grafana observability tools.
