About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can drive product development from concept to deployment. You'll work across the frontend and backend, owning features end-to-end and ensuring code quality and performance, without relying on a dedicated QA team. You'll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to build scalable systems that power LAAM's technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead the infra/design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications.
Write clean, modular, and testable Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript/TypeScript ) code.
Own the QA process for your work—developing and maintaining test coverage, handling bugs, and ensuring releases are production-ready.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
