Software Engineer IV – Temporal.io / Java / Distributed Systems

Overview:

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is seeking an we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Level IV) with deep experience building workflow orchestration and distributed systems using Temporal.io . This role is ideal for an engineer who has designed or implemented orchestrators in Java (or .NET) and enjoys working at the intersection of reliability, scalability, and automation.

You will play a key role in designing and building a mission-critical orchestration platform using Temporal.io, integrated with event-driven systems and cloud-native infrastructure. Strong experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is essential, along with a proven background in testing-heavy, enterprise environments.
