About the Role
Our team is responsible for the feedback and resolution processes of our map-making platform. We enable both internal and external customers to report incidents and contribute to their resolution.What you'll doYou will contribute to the development of tools related to the feedback and resolution processes. You will participate in activities related to application supervision and maintenance. You will explore and research further extensions or identify gaps in existing processes. You will solve engineering problems using existing solutions. You will identify risks and performance issues in existing applications and support efforts to eliminate them. You will contribute to creating documentation for existing solutions.
