We're hiring a Software Engineer III to join our Audience Engineering team.
This is a senior-level individual contributor role for a product-minded engineer who can independently own complex systems and features from discovery through production and iteration. You will operate in a high-velocity environment where we ship small, incremental changes frequently and measure success by business impact, not ticket volume.
Our engineering culture emphasizes ownership, autonomy, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Engineers define problems alongside stakeholders, shape solutions, ship quickly through Git-based deployment practices, and iterate based on real data.
