Software Engineer II

Job Description:
Cable One, Inc. dba Sparklight seeks Software Engineer II for its Phoenix, AZ office.
Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's needs and accelerate business outcomes by orchestrating and automating tasks and processes across the company. Troubleshoot and resolve platform/module malfunctions by identifying issues and resolving them efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure the platform is secure by regularly updating and modifying the software system and conducting security code reviews to ensure compliance with industry security standards. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify requirements and design solutions. Analyze users' needs and potential technical methodologies, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and design and configure software solutions to solve/improve specific system and platform issues.
