Software Engineer II

**Overview**

Microsoft Azure Artificial Intelligence/High Performance Computing (AI/HPC) team is seeking a passionate Software Engineer 2 to help build, operate, and support hyperscale cloud infrastructure for some of the world’s largest supercomputing deployments. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to develop, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-native supercomputing systems, contributing to the reliability and performance of Azure’s AI infrastructure offerings.

At the supercomputing scale, we need specialized tools and techniques to maintain the availability, reliability, runtime performance and health of the system to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of customers. Your job would be to build and use state-of-the-art cloud applications and services to monitor the health of the supercomputers, find operational gaps and instrument features to achieve the smooth management of cloud-native supercomputers.
