About the Role
- Develop, implement, and maintain IBM WebMethods integration solutions
- Design and build integration workflows between core insurance applications (policy, claims, billing, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WebMethods processes to ensure reliable system performance
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams to understand integration requirements
- Support testing, deployment, and production monitoring of integration solutions
- Maintain documentation for technical processes, APIs, and system flows
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on IBM WebMethods
- Strong understanding of integration concepts : ESB, SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and adapters
