Job Description: ServiceNow platform Developer
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform scripting, process automation, and Service Portal customization, with a solid understanding of Agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes to automate and enhance business processes.
- Build and optimize workflows and flow designer flows for efficient request, incident, and service management.
