This role is not suitable if you've been working mainly on freelancing projects or consulting. We're looking for people who have built and shipped inside a product organization, owning systems over time and living with the consequences (performance, reliability, maintenance, iteration, on-call realities).
We also care a lot about problem solving and CS fundamentals. We want engineers who can reason clearly, break down hard problems, and build robust systems — not just wire together tools.
