Responsibilities

• Identify and address system-level challenges that hinder customer value delivery and prolong time to value by improving, overhauling, or designing new systems.
• Design and implement strategic integrations with major CRM, data, and sales engagement platforms to maximize Regie.ai’s reach and stickiness within customer ecosystems.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, and implementation teams to prioritize initiatives that drive customer retention, activation, and growth.
