Responsibilities
- Ensure that all software has the correct functionalities, is tested and documented.
- Computer meets the security guidelines of KION IT.
- Analyse and monitor whether all software are legal and supported, keep up to date with new legal requirements, upgrades/updates and ensure implementation.
- Monitor and process incoming incidents and service requests.
- Monitor access rights.
