Base pay range
CA$135,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional, distributed teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee vendors, budgets, and program governance.
- Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation success.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in program or project management for multi-million-dollar initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or technology programs is a plus.
