Software Development Manager

The Software Manager oversees the end-to-end software development lifecycle. This role provides strategic technical leadership, manages development teams, ensures project delivery within scope and timeline, and drives continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and team performance. The Software Manager also collaborates with business and product stakeholders to align development efforts with organisational goals.

Role Description

• Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
