Overview

Clio is seeking a Software Development Manager to join our Engineering team focused on the Clio Billing System (CBS) product. The role works in the PST and MST time zones in Canada, primarily located in the Burnaby or Calgary office hubs. Managers will be expected to work in the office at least twice per week on anchor days. Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Rev‑ops, Sales‑ops, CS‑ops, Marketing, Finance, Product) to understand challenges and define pragmatic solutions. Lead roadmap creation and execution for the team, guiding projects from inception to delivery while focusing on AI application throughout the development lifecycle. Design and enforce solid technical solutions, coaching the team on architecture, planning, and code quality.
