Software Development Lead

About the Role

We're looking for a Software Development Lead who can steer end‑to‑end solution delivery— from design and build through release and support—while coaching a multi‑disciplinary team. You'll apply deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure to shape data‑driven products, standardize engineering practices, and ensure high‑quality outputs that meet functional and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction: Serve as the SME for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure across multiple workstreams; set patterns, guardrails, and code quality standards.
• Lead the team to outcomes: Plan sprints, delegate work, remove blockers, and provide hands‑on guidance to engineers and analysts to deliver releases on time.
