Role overview
You will direct and coordinate the activities of matrixed individuals working on customer engagements spread over a number of projects. The person will be responsible for managing related projects in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control. You will be responsible for coordinating with multiple internal practice leads/project managers to ensure success for customer projects/deliverables. 
Responsibilities:
Drives all aspects of Technical Delivery management activity, including understanding technical deliverable, collaborating and coordinating across the organization.
Defines Delivery value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs.
